Resiliency Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded to a student from a single or guardianship household. Student will have
shown a desire to reach higher and achieve. To provide opportunity through post-secondary education
(college, trade school, or technical college) for students who have demonstrated a desire to rise above adversity
and challenges with leadership and resiliency to succeed.

Scholarship Amount: $2,000

The application deadline is April 15, 2025.

Eligibility

Be a current Riverview High School graduating student
Have a 2.0 GPA
Write a 1-2 page essay telling their story.
Show evidence of a financial need
Submit acceptance of educational institution of choice
Recommendation from teacher, counselor, or mentor

The application selection is based on:

Scholastic ability
Financial need
Personal character
